Your accounts receive the attention of our experienced collections staff and they report directly to you.

Once your account is assigned written demand is made and a search of public records is conducted; following a formal written demand attempts at telephonic contact are made by the individual handling your account and who will be reporting to you. Following a reasonable time to establish contact you will receive a written report describing our efforts, the results and our recommendations.

Statistics show that the collectability of matters decline geometrically on age; instead of wasting time on senseless letters and telephone calls you will be given recommendations based on the actual people handling your account and the experience of our staff, who in some instances have an excess of 50 years in experience.

What do we expect in return? Active participation in the handling of your account; if you are looking for a mere journal entry and write off we are not who you are looking for.
